拾刻帮你用一句话记录时间。我们尽量少收集数据，不出售你的数据，也不用于广告。

保存在你手机上的

• 时间记录（事项、时间、分类、目标、备注）保存在你的设备上，我们没有副本；删除 App 即一并删除。
• 录音：语音转文字由 Apple 系统的语音识别完成（可能使用 Apple 的服务器，适用 Apple 的隐私政策）。拾刻不会把原始录音发送到我们的服务器。

发送到我们服务的数据及用途

• 识别后的文字与必要上下文：记录时，识别出的文字和理解所需的最少上下文（当前时间与时区、你的分类名称、正在确认的条目）经加密连接发送到我们的服务器，再由第三方 AI 服务整理成待确认的记录。结果只用于给你确认；我们不保存这些请求的文字，也不用于训练模型。
• 设备标识：一个随机的安装标识，服务器只保存其不可逆的摘要，用于用量限制和防滥用。
• 订阅状态：为判断体验期与订阅是否有效，App 会发送 App Store 签名的交易信息（首次下载日期、拾刻 Pro 交易）。我们保存体验期起点、订阅商品与到期时间。
• Apple 登录（可选）：只保存你的 Apple 用户标识的不可逆摘要，以及删除账号时用于撤销授权的 Apple 令牌；不索取、不保存姓名、邮箱或手机号。
• 意见反馈：仅在你主动提交时，保存你确认的反馈文字。
• 访问日志：标准的服务器日志（IP 地址、时间、访问路径），最多保留 14 天，用于安全与排障。

数据处理地点

我们的服务器与第三方 AI 服务位于中华人民共和国境内。使用智能记录即表示你了解上述文字会被传输到这些地点处理。你的时间记录本身不会离开你的设备。

购买

付款完全由 Apple 处理，我们看不到你的付款信息。可在「设置 › Apple ID › 订阅」中管理或取消订阅。

我们不做什么

• 不投放广告，不做跨 App 或网站的追踪，不与数据经纪商合作。
• 不出售或共享你的个人信息。
• 不接入第三方统计 SDK。

你的选择与权利

• 在 App 内删除账号（菜单 › 我的账号 › 删除账号）：删除账号及服务器上与之关联的数据；设备上的记录保留，直到你删除 App。
• 你可以随时通过上面的邮箱要求查询、更正或删除与你相关的个人信息，我们会在 30 天内回复。

政策变更

如本政策有变更，我们会更新上方日期；重大变更会在 App 内告知。

Hourglean Privacy Policy

Hourglean helps you log your time by speaking or typing a sentence. We collect as little as possible, and we never sell your data or use it for advertising.

What stays on your iPhone

• Your time records — activities, times, categories, goals, and notes — are stored on your device. We don't have a copy. Deleting the app deletes them.
• Audio. Speech is converted to text by Apple's speech recognition (part of iOS, which may use Apple's servers under Apple's privacy policy). Hourglean never sends raw audio to our servers.

What is sent to our service, and why

• Recognized text and context. When you record, the recognized text and the minimum context needed to understand it (the current time and time zone, your category names, and the items you're confirming) are sent over an encrypted connection to our server, which asks a third-party AI service to organize it into records. The result is only used to show you the records to confirm. We do not store the text of these requests, and we don't use it to train models.
• Device identifier. A random install identifier, stored on our server only as a one-way hash, used for usage limits and abuse prevention.
• Subscription status. To know whether your free period or subscription is active, the app sends App Store–signed transaction information (the original download date and your Hourglean Pro transactions). We store the trial start date, subscription product, and expiry date.
• Sign in with Apple (optional). We store a one-way hash of your Apple user identifier and an Apple-issued token used only to revoke access when you delete your account. We don't ask for or store your name, email, or phone number.
• Feedback (only if you send it). The feedback text you confirm.
• Technical logs. Standard web server logs (IP address, time, requested path) kept for up to 14 days for security and troubleshooting.

Where data is processed

Our server and the third-party AI service are located in the People's Republic of China. By using smart logging, you understand that the text described above is transferred to and processed there. Your time records themselves never leave your device.

Purchases

Payments are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.

What we don't do

• No advertising, no tracking across apps or websites, no data brokers.
• We don't sell or share your personal information.
• No analytics SDKs.

Your choices and rights

• Delete your account in the app (Menu › My Account › Delete Account). This removes your account and the server-side data linked to it; your on-device records stay until you delete the app.
• Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have the right to know, access, correct, or delete personal information. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app.
